What is going on with airbnb customer service?? I have been a host for 7 years and never in my life have experienced this outrageous service!
I have an issue for 3 weeks!!! And nothing has been done to even try solving it! I have been calling and writting at least 30 times but I get the same result: the representative hears abouts the case for the first time, answered he investigate it, moving it to escalation team says I will get a proper response and than closes the issue! Nothing happens no one even sent me an email doesn't matter how many times I contacted airbnb.
They don't care. Unbelievable.
