I've just found out that the guests who are checking-in today don't include the person who booked it. She didn't mention it in her first message when she booked it, then went on to say that she was looking forward to her trip. However today she's just told me that its for her son, daughter and their friends and she's not going.
I've let her know that its against Airbnb terms and conditions to book for someone else and I need all the guests contact details. I know its within my rights to cancel - but its a 10 day booking for a good payout and i don't want to lose the money - what would you do?
