Three weeks still no refund as promised by host

Host and Airbnb refusing to refund my money for 5 nights we did not use 

three weeks now

ongoing challenges to get our refund 

host ignoring messages 

air BnB it is impossible to get to speak to someone

i want a my refund 

you are holding onto money which does not belong to you 

and you r supporting a host who is not acting responsibly 

she said she will respond to me she said she was in a meeting 3 weeks back and she will respond to me 

I am STILL WAITING

She inconvenienced my handicapped mother 

she is there to only get her money with no service delivery and air BnB  this host is not living  upto the policy n protocol of air bnb

@Riedwana0  On what basis do you think you are owed a refund? Getting a refund depends on what the cancellation policy of the listing is. You are not just due a refund because you didn't stay for 5 nights. 

Can you explain the situation?
