Wish I could help you Andrew - I actually have the same concern.
Even worse, some of the support cases I've filed, have been closed by Airbnb without a response to my support request. For the record, the support request was due to an Airbnb cancellation for a guest that had an arrival in May, outside of the COVID Extenuating Circumstances Policy, yet this was his reason for canceling.
This is getting to be ridiculous and I'm not sure how we manage this thing....
