I am at The unwanted stay I'm trying to get out of it I'm just sabold and they got me on the third floor how can I get out of this situation Airbnb won't answer me back

I understand you stay an accommodation on the third floor, but that is not what you expected ?

I think only the host or Airbnb can solve this issue.
