Trip cancelled by host

Is there compensation when the host cancels your stay at their Airbnb? They cancelled for the the biggest festival of the summer. Now I have to pay more for a smaller place. We are at their mercy and they have no consequences

@Mary4995 according to the guest version of Aircover Airbnb will try to find you new accommodation and if (when!) they can't they will refund you. Sadly I suspect what they really mean is they will refund you - clearly not helpful.
