Uganda payouts issues

Hello everyone i have recently joined the the Airbnb community i am glad to be here, i wanted to ask my fellow hosts from uganda how they receive their payouts ,i am having a hard with my first payout through international wire,i have been noticed by Airbnb team that the money has been transferred but my local bank is telling me a different story that no money has beenreceivedon their end they are askingfor a swift code, anyone who faced a similar problem?
