Unable open my a/c

My house is situated in negombo Srilannka. Glenn shanthi Parkside villa, 39/5, Rukmani Devi Mawatha Negombo. Srilannka. I have a very good record according to your review. It would be much appreciated if you could help me to reactive my account in order to continue to start my house for business.
