Unfair Case Resolution

I am an AirBnb Superhost and have been for many years.

I would like to know what AirBnb's escalation procedure is. I have been unfairly penalized by a Case Manager and I want this case reviewed by a different Manger, just someone who would listen and take an informed decision. Does anybody know what I need to do?
