Support responsiveness is truly untenable. The chat support told me a 5 minute wait... now its Way way beyond that. Phone support told me it would be an hour wait... We have live situations... and busy lives. If they can't support us... this creates disaster situations that could be avoided. Has a hotel ever put you on hold for an hour? Airbnb can't treat its hosts or guest worse than a hotel. 5 minutes on hold is a long time. But 1 hour is not reasonable. Seriously - when is the last time airbnb's CEO was onhold for an hour with another company? Ever? If so - how did that feel? We realize you have to balance and get profitable... Can I give you more of my proceeds? I don't care...but you have to answer the phone! We have so much on the line and not getting excellent and timely support is not an option!
