Utilizing teams to allow our cleaning service to view just the calendar

Has anyone's experience with teams improved yet? We set up a team just so our cleaning service can see the calendar for our 5 listings but, they are unable to see the calendars even after going through their email invitation to join the team. Or if anyone has come up with a better way to have their cleaning people see the calendar, please share.

The concept of team sharing is great. Just wish it worked better. Would love to give our team members access to view the calendar.
