There's a very high likelihood that the "current listing" is a scam. It doesn't make sense that a legitimate host would create a new alias and listing for the exact same property, while the original and verified listing is still active with open calendar dates. If you're certain that this is the property you want to book, I'd suggest contacting the host of the original listing (click "Contact Host" as it appears just after the text description) before placing a binding booking request.
While you're there, I'd encourage you to take a closer look at the reviews. Multiple guests have reported that due to suspicious circumstances, the host wound up putting them in a different property at the last minute - a common move of con artists. Remarks and ratings on cleanliness are remarkably negative for a property that's advertised and priced as high-end/luxury, and poor attention to sanitation has particularly worrisome implications in light of the current pandemic.
