I’ve accepted a guest for all February 

however she isn’t at the house but her young Nephew is 

Im concerned that he will probably use the house as a party venue

Call airbnb and say you discovered you received a third party booking. It is against their rules, and they will not cover any damage you suffer from it. 

 

Make sure to tell airbnb that you don't autorize any refunds as the guests knowingly broke the rules.
