Views and new bookings have not updated

Hi there,

I would love some help. My views and new bookings have not updated for 7 days. Neither have my promotions views. Has anyone else had this issue? I am hoping it isn't impacting potential bookings.

The support I received was very poor through the customer service chat. I actually felt insulted a few times! They are forwarding my case to dedicated team. This should be interesting! Every other dealings I have had with CS have been great.

Any ideas?

Have you been receiving bookings with notifications either through text alerts or emails?
