@Tayla26 What most hosts use a co-host for is boots-on-the-ground assistance- meeting and greeting guests, arranging cleaning and maintainance (and seeing that it is done well), dealing with any issues which arise during the stay, physically getting guests who are partying or otherwise behaving objectionably to leave, checking the place over after guests check out, etc.
The virtual, online part of hosting is the easy part, which many remote hosts handle themselves, or if they don't want to, the co-host handles in conjunction with the in-person duties.
