We got scan by some “guest” that violated our terms and the platt terms
After a conversation with Airbnb staff with non fair resolution looks like we can’t sign in in our profile or even see our previous messages with Airbnb help center
We haven’t heard anymore from them not any fees back about it and we can’t even see our profile properly
It may just be a co-incidence and have nothing to do with this booking, but be a platform glitch. There's been a few reports here in the past day or two about similar issues- not being able to see past messages or having log-in issues, or profiles being wiped clean of all past reviews. I guess you'll have to get back in touch with CS by phone, since you can't log-in.
