The Extenuating circumstances cancellation policy regarding COVID has changed recently.

For guests it is rather clear, but for hosts being ill the article says:
"If you need to cancel a booking because you’re ill, we encourage you to reach out to our Community Support team as soon as possible for help reviewing your situation. If you cancel, you won’t receive a payout, but additional consequences may be waived."
