We have testet positiv for covid

Hi i really need help how to sort it out how to cancel two bookings because of positivt covid result. I have one guest who is arrivning tomorrow and one at sunday! I feel sorry for my guest and I will help them as much as I can. Please help me!

The Extenuating circumstances cancellation policy regarding COVID has changed recently.

For guests it is rather clear, but for hosts being ill the article says:

"If you need to cancel a booking because you’re ill, we encourage you to reach out to our Community Support team as soon as possible for help reviewing your situation. If you cancel, you won’t receive a payout, but additional consequences may be waived."
