My god this is frustrating!
The first time I called airbnb CS this afternoon. I had to punch a bunch of numbers for this and that and then after 32 minutes of being on hold "jennifer" finally answers and then supposedly can't hear me for some reason. I had to hang up and call back. Now, I'm on hold again for probably another 30+ minutes.
Pretty much the ONLY benefit of being a superhost has always been speedy CS. Now, that's completely gone. I'm so glad they appreciate my being a superhost for 12 times in a row. <rolleyes>
They KNOW what number I called from. They KNOW how long I was on hold. They can't call me back if there's a problem during the call?!!!!!
