@Mateusz27 Since you haven't mentioned what the issue is, and there are a great many possibilities, it's easier to tell you what does fall under security deposit issues. Those would be damages to property or contents, theft, having to replace items like keys that a guest walked off with, or extra cleaning above and beyond the norm because the guest left it a dirty mess.
