@Charles1042 There are many ways to promote your property. Diversify your listing by using other platforms. Create your own website. List with a local realtor for a limited period of time until you start gaining traffic from less expensive avenues. Some owners use social media websites.
List very carefully. You don't want to have to be going to too many locations to update calendars, pictures or pricing. I list my property in 3 locations (two OTAs and one personal website) and have a full calendar. My personal website brings the least traffic currently, although it was the front runner 10 years ago.
