@Rebecca We offer an historic house with a 13th century church at the bottom of the garden. It's open daily and most guests absolutely love the effigies of 16th century knights.
I love seeing how proud everyone is of their listings—it's really encouraging! I'd say that location is definitely key, and it's also important to nurture guests as if they were the one and only. Cleanliness goes without saying, but what truly makes a difference is how we make guests feel in the space and the relationships we build before their arrival.
