Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question.
I opened a support ticket a while ago and just got a response in my email from response@airbnb.com with some follow up questions. I couldn't find the response in my Airbnb messages, and the email only had a link to the Airbnb Help Center (www.airbnb.com/help ). Do I just respond to the email directly or can I find the message somewhere on the Airbnb site?
@Stacy224 Did you try your Inbox, switching from "hosting messages" to "travelling messages". All my messages from CS appear in the "travelling", even though I have never travelled as a guest.
