Where is the Guest Star Rating?

I just had a request for a same day booking (very late in the day). A check of the guest's 17 review had about half pretty negative regarding cleanliness and the state they left the places in. I'm looking but cannot see a star rating for the guest: has it disappeared along with their profile pic?

I declined the booking btw.

Star rating is only available when guests IB.

The profile pic hasn't disappeared it's just that it's now only available after a guest books (if you tick the box on your listing to say it's required) to minimise the risk of discrimination.

Presuming you are using instant book, I have noticed that the star ratings sometimes aren't there as well. This happened before some time ago and then they just came back . . . Glitches and more glitches are part of everyday life on Airbnb.
