Where is the "alterations tool"?

Hi fellow hosts!

I have 2 sweet guests here right now,  but Jim,  the gentleman who made the reservation,   thought his other brother would be staying also.   So he made the reservation for  3,  and I wanted to send back the extra money.    I followed the steps until  it said , "Please update your reservation with our Alterations. Tool."   BUT I CAN'T FIND IT.  Where is the alterations  tool?

Any clues?

go to the reservation and scroll to the bottom where it says refund or request money

Hi Christine,

I never could find it, so I called airbnb and they said I had an error.  So they said to use the "other" option, and that worked.    (Your puppy is adorable.)
