Why I can't communicate with anyone at at airbnb

Why do people who run these systems refuse to provide easy routes of communication?

I tried to set myself up as a host yesterday but my address is not a US address so the system refused to accept it as a valid address.

I tried to communicate but the people who run it only want the profit not the agro of dealing with the grubby horrid public.
