Hi!
I am so confused here as to why airbnb support is treating me like this. I am traveling to Hungary which is currently in a declared state of emergency as of May 24th. After speaking with someone who refused to let me speak with a Manager, a Micah they told me they would give me an update today. There update was that because the war has been going on since February in the Ukraine and that Russia already banned flights it doesn't matter. To me this is separate, clearly in there T.O.S it states that an extenuating circumstance is a government declaring this state of emergency due to war and financial issues. Doesn't this mean that the reservation needs to be canceled as per Airbnb T.O.S? Has anyone else had Airbnb support refuse to let you speak to a supervisor and given you the run around? I don't know where to go from here it really confuses me as to why Support is trying to make me feel for lack of a better word as though I don't know what I am talking about, which is completely incorrect here. I am not traveling to Russia, flights being banned to Russia does not relate here and me being made to feel like I am incompetent is not the sort of message I want to receive from support. Basically how do I speak with a supervisor or someone who can take me seriously, does anyone know?

All I am asking here is for Airbnb to honor there T.O.S? Am I asking too much?
Kind Regards,
James
