Why not have a rating of Super Guest

There is no Super Guest designation, because it would create a barrier for host acceptance of bookings, and Airbnb is progressively trying to push hosts into Instant Book so the reservation process is very easy for guests (and they make more money).  Right now, hosts who enable IB can select a booking criteria of host recommendation for guests.  If there were SG it could be another filtering criteria for hosts, increase rejections, and make it difficult for non-SGs to make reservations (and Airbnb won't make money).
