@Dawson10 There is an Airbnb algorithm which identifies certain data about a booking, and sends this message.
It is a combination of data which indicates that this is a high risk for someone planning on throwing a party. Airbnb came up with this after many incidents of out-of-control parties where people were shot or killed.
As far as I'm aware, the factors that enter into that algorithm are- under 25 years of age, trying to book an entire place on short notice, and booking for 1 or 2 nights, no prior reviews. How each of those factors are weighed is unknown, as Airbnb doesn't share that information.
Of course this is unfair to guests who are simply looking for accommodation and no intention of throwing a party, also it upsets hosts who want the reservation and have had communication with the guest that puts them at ease.
There have also been reports here from hosts who said the guest recieved this message and were unable to book when it didn't match the above criteria- for instance, the booking was for several weeks in the future, or the booking was for one week, not just a night or two, so apparently the algorithm is flawed.
All I can suggest is that you perhaps search for "Private Suite" listings, rather than "Entire Home". A private suite listing would mean that you had a separate entrance and the unit would be self-contained and private, with at least a kitchenette, if not a full kitchen, but the host would live in another part of the house.
