Who has had someone manage their Air BnB onsite for an extended period of time? A couple of years ago I advertised locally and found someone and would like to do so again. I have a small mini-farm with a variety of animals. The deal I made before was that the person stayed in my home rent and utility free and took care of the animals and hosting the Air BnB (separate cottage) and in exchange I split the Air BnB profits with her 50/50,  and of course she got all of the cleaning fees, so she ended up earning approx. 1200 a month for 2 months. Curious to know if/how others have handled this situation? I am considering joining Trusted Petsitters to find the right person, does anyone have any other platforms to find great co hosts? Appreciate any info!
