Occupancy taxes are currently being charged on Michigan bookings even if the stay is longer than 30 days. This is unnecessary and even illegal. Money in Airbnb’s pocket. Could we please get this corrected? Latest reply by Keith285

When guests have are bringing a pet, we request a $45 pet fee through the Resolution Center. We have a message draft walking guests through how to respond to our request. Still a number of guests seem to have trouble finding the request and accepting it...
