I charge $10 extra cash per day for up to 1 extra guest. I recently updated my profile to say that if the guest is bringing an extra guest on the same day they arrive, that they must pay at least the first month in cash on the first day they arrive before... Latest reply by Sarah977

Hello, I have currently two listings on Airbnb, one which I rent out actively. Now with my wife we have bought a new house that we will use exclusively for renting out, but this one will be managed through a company that we are in the process of creating....

This is a real blindspot for Airbnb. We rent our camp Summer weeks (lake) and off-season weekends (skiing mostly). Summer tends to book quite a ways in advance as people make their annual vacation plans. Off-season tends to book more spur of the moment...
