시드니 저비스베이 근처 숙소예약했다가 산불로인해 통로가차단되어 예약을 취소했습니다. 전액환불요청하면서 연락하신다고하시곤 연락해주지않았습니다. 가고싶지만 저희도 통로가차단되 갈수없어 취소한것인데..사진도전송해드렸지만 그때인터넷 상황또한좋지않아 전송이되지않았습니다.자료는다있습니다. 사진자료모두있지만 48시간종료라고문자만 남기신후 저희가 보지못해 종결됫다고하는데 아직도 저희는 환불을원합니다. Latest reply by Stephanie
