Reservation change - Airbnb Community

Reservation change

Hi family--

I have a confirmed reservation in March 2020 and my guest needs to check in 2 days later than originally planned. I told her to make a request, which she did, I accepted it, but then we noticed AirB&B is still charging her the same amount without taking off the 2 days. Can anyone explain this please? Thx!!
