Whenever I read reviews of guests before booking them, all the reviews are positive. I have given negative reviews which I see on my properties but I never see a negative review written by other hosts. Why is that? Steve Latest reply by Sarah977

So a guest claims there's an issue with cleaning. They don't contact the host, they contact Airbnb support, who cancels the reservation and issues guest with full refund and hits you with cancellation penalty. You could have sent a cleaning lady over with... Latest reply by Eibhlin3
