Hi I have a booking that didn't accept the change in date request. The booking has now completed (and we have the payout) so i can't alter the dates.Can the guest book for another weekend and not get charged again?Thank you for any help. Latest reply by Marit-Anne0

We approached guests booked in November and asked them to cancel because of the lockdown. Airbnb are now penalising us financially for asking the guests to do this. Has anone else experienced this, this time round? Because basically they are saying break ... Latest reply by Mike-And-Jane0

I am finding it very difficult and expensive to get Insurance to use my rental house for Airbnb hosting for the summer months. Can you suggest a company that can accomadate this request? Thanks Leonard.
