hi! I have the cancelation policy that a guest can cancel 5 days before arrival. I have one guest that canceled one day before arriving because of an out of his hands matter. he's asking if I could refund him in full (if they cancel before that I get 50% of the payment) I understand him but I also think that those days are lost. what do you recommend me to do?
The guest need to cancel the reservaton and have the refund according cancellation policy.
If you are able to rebook the dates, then maybe consider to provide some more refund.
BTW The guest should consult his travel inssurance.
those day got booked and I did refund him in full. thank you! I did not know about the travel insurance.
@Daniela2074 ask the guest to cancel and tell him you will increases his refund IF you manage to find a replacement guest.
