cancelling a refund to a guest

in the resolution centre, i accidentally sent a refund instead of requesting money - now no one seems to know how to cancel the request.  Has any one done this before and managed to get it sorted? Air bnb tell me that they cant help and the bank has to fix it, bank cant fix it as air bnb deducts the money prior to my next payout.

@Petra545 Could you request money in an amount that covers both the refund and the originally intended request? Clearly the guest would need to agree but hopefully they were on-board with the original request.
