changing details

Hello everyone

I need some help regarding my email. I just made a reservation and realized that the email address I have is no longer valid and of course I can't get the details for my trip. I tried to change my email but unfortunately I also don't remember my password since I am now entering airbnb through my social media account. 

Any ideas someone of what I can do? Does anyone know how can I contact airbnb support?
