Tossing around the idea of doing monthly rental ..how do I market this but also keep options available for nightly as well.  next year Spring 2023 was thinking monthly.  do renters like monthly?  or 2 months..  3 months at a time

@Shea75 just beware that you do not inadvertently create a tenancy. In many states renting for more than 30 days could cause you a massive problem.
