Yeah I think we may have a different issue. It’s only after the booking becomes confirmed that I lose communication ability with them. Doesn’t matter if I’m on mobile,PC or different browsers... I’ve spoken with quite a few Airbnb reps over the past 4 days and they all say we need to escalate this and you can expect a specialist to help within 24 hours... still nothing on day 4 and my guest checks in pretty soon. My guess is he will probably just cancel because I don’t think they can communicate with me either. The support staff confirmed no new messages have been sent from either side since the bookings have been confirmed.
