finding friends that airbnb'd during the hurricane weekend

hello-

i have three friends that rented an airbnb home this weekend.  i am unable to contact them or even know their airbnb address to request a welfare check.  is there a way for someone at airbnb to look up their names?

Privacy rights prevent that information.  In the U.S. if you have a welfare concern contacting the Red Cross is the best resource.  The local office has access to who is in shelters and who is in the hospital and has resources in the area to look for someone missing

Have you tried using WhatsApp or Zello? (walkie talkie app) Of course, they would need to have those apps on their phone.

Normally there is a national helpline you can call if you are concerned about your friends @Tesh187 in a disaster situation. Airbnb would not be able to disclose information about individual guests.

Not sure how conversations works thru airbnb.  my friends were able to hike to the top of the hill and get cell service, then get off the mtn.  thx for your concern.  Tesh
