guest cancellation

I have a flexible cancellation policy.  But I was under the understanding that if a guest cancels less than 24 hours before check in they had to pay the full amount.  My payout was only 1/2 the full amount.   Is that what all of you understand?  Thanks.

Flexible

• Guests can cancel until 24 hours before check-in for a full refund, and you won’t be paid
• If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night
