You would have to explain the problem in order for anyone to try to help.

Everytime i try to explain the problem the system erases my text.    Very frustrating.

@Randall97  There's something that happens here- usually if it takes awhile to type out the message. It "times out", you get an "error" message, and it disappears into cyberspace. 

After you write your message, copy it, so you can easily and quickly just paste it back into a new message box and hit Reply again. That seems to always work.
