hosting during covid-19
Hi Y'all,
I live in Los Angeles and host my little airbnb here and wanted to know: if I practice the new cleaning protocols here in Los Angeles does anybody know how long I have to wait after one guest leaves to welcome another one?
I just can't seem to find specific information. It would be much appreciated if someone knew that they share it with me!
Thanks!
Sarah

From https://www.airbnb.ca/resources/hosting-homes/a/airbnbs-5-step-cleaning-process-explained-187
"Before cleaning, it’s important that you or your professional cleaners wait to enter the space after the guests check out, since this can help reduce your exposure to germs. Please consult your local authority for guidelines on the appropriate length of time to wait. To leave enough time to complete the cleaning process, you may also want to consider adding a booking buffer between reservations by updating your settings for preparation time."
This would apply whether it's guests, you, or the cleaners, or anyone else.
