I changed the nightly pricing on my website as a host. done 3 days ago and AirBnB still did not get it done on my website. 

It is a nasty trick to get you to use the smart pricing link which is the default feature. 

Trying to get out of this nonsense is impossible. And of course nobody at AirBnB is available to assist. 

What a lousy deal this organization is!

Changing prices in the listing works well for me.

There are several ways to do this, you did not mention which method you used.

If you do not want tot use Smart Pricing at all , simply turn it off and set fixed nightly price.

If you only want fixed prices for certain dates: select the dates on the calender, switch  Smart Pricing off (for that dates) and set the fixed price. Do not forget to Save !

Changes will be immediatally shown in the calender and on the listing.

@Daniela1679  I'm having the same problem.- Tried to raise prices for August, but couldn't; it only wanted to let me turn on smart pricing!
