how do I send short tern agreement to a new guest, platform does not allow me?

I am in Los Angeles, CA; and AirBnb will not allow me to send short term agreement?  I have tried sending my phone, and or email and the platform again removes.  Have looked with little satisfaction....any suggestions?  ** personal details hidden **
