how does a host get help from airbnb?

I am a new host and had some quests already without an incident, but then suddenly an italian woman really raised an issue with her room which was very good for a miserly €24, I did not want to have some one like that who just wanted to pick on me in my apartment, asked her to leave, offered cash, she did not pick it up from the kitchen table

so HOW DOES A HOST GET HELP FROM AIRBNB with people like this who only want to maybe leave nasty reviews?

I am still so upset and I do not see any help from airbnb

Otherwise for sure there will be no help....

BTW Better not offer cash to Airbnb guests.
