My guest has mailed me saying he has cancelled his long term stay, booked for 3 months. He knows about the first month cancellation policy, as he cancelled outside the first 48 after booking. so he is liable for the first month. he has asked for a full refund. According to the cancellation policy he is still liable for the first month, which is what i messaged him back.
I have mailed him asking him to cancel through air bnb but am not getting a response. The problem is he has the 3 months blocked on my calendar, which is stopping new bookings. If i cancel his 2nd and 3rd months booking myself that will negativity impact my rating. Any ideas please....
