payout on strict policies of reservation

We have very strict policy on reservations. It means if some one make the booking, it should be paid immediately, as it is non refundable and non cancellable.

Why do we have wait for payout. 

Even with other channels, we get ourselves credit card details and we take payment immediately

Then why not with AirBnb. It is bit surprising
