poor experience with getting help and advice from airbnb

hi everyone, 

I mentioned in the past month that whenever I need help, the platform is having solutions for my cases. 

They respond in a manner, where you get out afterwards the same as you were before.

It's like talking to a wall. The solution suggestions are actually poor.

All responses are managed the way they can turn you down quick and move on.

And the majority of time you talk to some bots.
